JEFF HARGRAVE

Jeff received his undergraduate degree in History with an emphasis in Native American studies from the University of Oklahoma in 2000, and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 2004. He is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Tribal Court, the Chickasaw Nation Tribal Court, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeff is from Wewoka, Oklahoma and is a fourth generation Oklahoma Trial Lawyer.

Jeff is an enrolled member of the Muscogee Creek Nation and also has Choctaw bloodlines.

Jeff’s professional memberships include the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Seminole County Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Oklahoma Association for Justice. In addition to Native Explorers, Jeff volunteers his time to many worthwhile charitable organizations, including (F.A.T.E.)Fighting Addiction Through Education, PROS FOR AFRICA, Pros 4 Vets, Remote Area Medical of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Life of an Athlete (OKLOA), Safe Kids Coalition of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Brain Tumor Foundation and Oklahoma Lawyers for Children.

Jeff and his wife Michelle, an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation, have two children, Rylee and Davis.
